Family Court Cases

Domestic relations disputes have the potential to impact anybody, and the emotional strain is always greater than one might imagine when people actually find themselves in such situations.

We counsel and represent clients on all sorts of family issues including division of inherited property, drawing up of wills, divorce, adjustment of marital relationships, custody disputes, return of children wrongfully removed or retained, in search of solutions to reduce the parties’ burdens and relieve their unpleasant feelings.

We have been commissioned by the court to serve as conciliation committee members of the family court, guardians of adults and supervisors of guardians of adults. We also perform various other duties, such as serving as voluntary guardians and supervisors of voluntary guardians under a voluntary guardian contract and executing wills.
