Coordination of the relationship of rights among numerous stakeholders is required in the process of liquidation or restoring business in business revitalizations and insolvency proceedings.

In reconstructive insolvency procedures such as civil rehabilitation and corporate reorganization proceedings, our firm has been appointed as provisional administrators, reorganization trustees, rehabilitation trustees, or supervisors, supporting corporate rejuvenation under the supervision of the court, while in liquidation insolvency procedures such as bankruptcy proceedings, we have been appointed as bankruptcy trustees for numerous lines of businesses with regard to bankruptcy proceedings.
