Before gaining registration as an attorney at law, Mr. Masuda spent time each year in alpine areas, working as a temporary ski instructor or as a live-in worker at hot springs resorts.
Now, he is committed to becoming a top-notch attorney, just like a top-notch sports instructor, who can resolve clients’ issues by communicating effectively with them and utilizing his expertise.
He not only deals with lawsuits but also provides consultations regarding activities of a wide range of organizations such as companies, municipalities, various public bodies, medical corporations, and educational corporations. His particular focus is on fields related to information, technologies and all forms of expressive activity, regardless of the medium, such as laws governing information, including IT, the Internet, trade secrets and personal information management, intellectual property law, and competition law.
