After gaining registration as an attorney at law, Mr. Nishimoto was mainly engaged in corporate legal affairs (focusing primarily on employment and labor matters), but taking the plunge he became a fixed-term employee at the Fair Trade Commission where he gained practical work experience in relation to Japan’s Antimonopoly Act as well.
In recent years, he has taken a particular interest in corporate activities in general, beyond specific areas of law, and he is presently working toward becoming a lawyer with excellent business acumen.
Making good use of his past experience whilst always remaining unconstrained by such experience, he is committed to making each day count as he continues to explore both immediate and future career development options.
