Ms. Takahashi handles matters such as review of contracts/agreements, resolution of problems with business connections, termination of contracts/agreements, collection of claims, provision of responses to the bankruptcy of business connections, acquisition of collateral, provision of responses to problems regarding land and building leases, and various types of negotiation.
She has extensive experience in litigation and is good at resolving disputes by grasping the actual situations related to transactions and businesses, planning strategies, and proceeding with legal procedures.
Moreover, based on her experience in working for a company, she provides companies with support in conducting their businesses while managing business risks by analyzing them with clients.
◇ Corporate Affairs
She provides companies with support such as advice on directors’ and auditors’ duty of due care of a prudent manager; advice for responding to irregularities; provision of responses to non-contentious cases related to commercial affairs, such as requests for purchasing shares and for inspection of minutes; and preparation for and assistance in the operation of shareholders’ meetings.
In order for companies to be selected by stakeholders and achieve further growth and development, they are required to promote business strategies while bearing in mind not only corporate governance and stewardship codes, but also global trends such as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit held in September 2015. She intends to provide companies with support so that they can achieve further growth and development as companies where everyone, including female workers, can play an active role and contribute to society by planning business strategies based on such global concerns.
◇ M&A
