Mr. Susuki is responsible for providing various forms of advice and handling litigation in relation to corporate law.

Measures for general meetings of shareholders, company reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, corporate governance, internal control, compliance, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, litigation related to the Companies Act, non-contentious cases, etc.
◇Employment and Labor Affairs (on behalf of Employer)
Issues relating to contracts for work and worker dispatching, mental health, sexual harassment and moral harassment in the workplace, responses to labor unions, personnel retrenchment and dismissal, work related accidents, working hours management, secondment and reshuffling of personnel, etc.
