Mr. Arioka has a variety of areas of interest related to the Companies Act, the Antimonopoly Act, the Subcontractor Act, securities and finance, the Intellectual Property Act, medical and pharmaceutical affairs, public administration, and other legal matters. As the first step of practice, he hopes to actively engage in a wide range of areas without limitation to a particular area, and to increase his practical experience in a variety of ways. On this basis, he expects to acquire a high degree of expertise supported by extensive practical experience, thereby best serving his clients and meeting their needs.
In performing his duties, Mr. Arioka particularly values communication with clients, and he wishes to work on each case while constantly considering “what the client is expecting and how he would be able to respond to those expectations.”
In order to be useful to clients at the earliest possible date, he is determined to devote himself to his studies on a daily basis.
